1. Who you are contracting with

The Killer Idea website and service ("the Service") is operated by Adventure Group LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Killer Idea is an AI-assisted tool that scores startup ideas, produces written reports, and suggests validation and build steps. Outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the outputs and for verifying their accuracy.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, or harassment.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate illegal content, malware, hate speech, or content designed to deceive (e.g. deepfakes).
  • Resell, redistribute, or circumvent the technical limits of the Service.
  • Jailbreak or attempt to extract underlying model weights, prompts, or system instructions.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. We may moderate, filter, restrict, or remove content and may refuse or suspend output generation at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, including the software, models, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@killeridea.app with details. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe and the terms shown during checkout in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing page.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Service level and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adventure Group LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
