30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to both Founder Pass subscriptions and one-time Pro Report unlocks.

How to request a refund

  1. Open your account billing page and use the Stripe billing portal when available.
  2. Or email support@killeridea.app with your order number and we will help you process the refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a Founder Pass subscription at any time from the billing section of your account billing page. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.
